Here are some commonly asked questions that may help you decide if my services are what you are looking for. If you decide to make an appointment, all you need to do is call and I will do my best to get you in the same week. Thank you for inquiring.

  • I have 17 years clinical practice.
  • My normal working days are Tuesday and Wednesday.   Daily from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.
  • If I am completely full, I will add more evening hours.
  • I will be an out of network provider, but you can use your insurance. I am a fee for service provider which means that I get paid up front on the day you receive the service, give you a receipt, and then you mail it to your insurance company. They will then pay you back, not me.
  • My fee is $110.00 for a 55 minute session.
  • You may use cash or check as payment. You can also use a credit card but there is a $3.50 convenience charge passed to you by the company I use.
  • Your appointment time is reserved for you; therefore I do charge the full fee $110.00 for a missed appointment or a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
  • I require a credit card on file to use in case of the above situation. You will file one on your first visit.
  • I do not discuss issues on the telephone nor do I conduct telephone sessions.  Please do not ask me to. You must make an appointment and come in person.
  • To make any appointment, call my office phone @ 214-755-7802. Leave your name and telephone number. I will return your call within 24 hours.
  • If you do decide to come, I ask you to download the 3 required sets of paperwork on tab: Before Your First Visit  on left of the screen. Print them off and bring them filled out your first visit.
